Operational transformation of a manufacturing company (international group)
Situation
A manufacturer in the installation industry, part of a foreign group — a need to improve efficiency, financial control and operational performance.
What we did
Under the contract we took over running the company and carried out a transformation: implementing Lean and a Kaizen programme, two integrated ERP rollouts, a KPI-based appraisal and bonus system, and a plant relocation.
Outcome
Production efficiency up by about 20%, a significant improvement in workplace ergonomics, and a plant relocation in 10 working days without interrupting operational continuity.
Post-acquisition integration and controlling in a trading group
Situation
A multi-sector trading group (a retail chain with revenue of around 650M PLN) in a phase of acquisitions and consolidation.
What we did
We led the financial side of the expansion: arranging financing and the purchase and full integration of a dozen-plus acquired trading businesses, plus implementing controlling and budgeting for the whole group.
Outcome
A smoothly integrated group with a unified controlling system and reduced finance-and-accounting process costs.
