Andrzej Bulzacki
Vice-President of the Board
A CEO/CFO with over 20 years of experience managing trading and manufacturing companies with Polish and foreign capital. 15 years working in an international group headquartered in Germany. He specialises in restructuring, operational transformation (Lean, Kaizen), investment projects (greenfield, relocations) and securing financing.
Anna Rudowicz-Bulzacka
President of the Board
A financial director and statutory auditor (ACCA member) with over 20 years of experience in controlling, budgeting, management finance and ERP implementations for Polish and international companies. Subject-matter expert and quality lead for the projects we deliver.
Mateusz Cybulski
CTO / Director of Technology
Responsible for Hilington's technology layer: process automation and AI-based deployments, cybersecurity, and data and IT infrastructure management. He designs and deploys AI agents that streamline how companies work, combining hands-on knowledge of the latest technology with an approach tailored to the real needs of SMEs.
